    Monthly Sangha Offering

1st/3rd Sundays 7-8pm at The Sanctuary in Northfield, VT or virtually from anywhere

    * The Sangha is held by other heartfelt facilitators on the 2nd/4th/Last Sundays, so feel free to join us weekly!

The Sanctuary Sangha is offered generously to bring individuals together to develop the heart and mind through the practice of meditation. In our time together, we will cultivate friendliness, joy, generosity, and peace through the Theravada and Mahayana lineages integrating both vipassana and loving-kindness practices. We begin with introductions, practice in silence for 30 minutes, debrief/share a contemplative reading for 15-20 minutes, practice for 5-10 minutes, and then close our time together. Join us both in-person or online! This offering is provided generously and donations are accepted to continue support of this community.
