Maybe you're just tired of the noise, the overwhelm, the feeling of being untethered from yourself and something in you knows there's a quieter way to live.
This is where you begin.
What is the Intro to Meditation Series?
This is a warm, welcoming four-week journey into the heart of meditation - designed for those who are brand new to practice, or ready to recommit after time away. No experience needed. No special equipment. No right or wrong way to show up.
Each week, we gather to learn, practice, and grow - together. By the end of our four weeks, you won't just know about meditation. You'll have a practice that is genuinely, beautifully yours.
This series is for you if...
You're curious about meditation but don't know where to start. You've tried before but never made it stick. You feel anxious, scattered, or overwhelmed and are craving more calm and clarity in your daily life. You're tired of sifting through a sea of apps and videos and just want someone to guide you. You want community and accountability alongside your learning.

Your practice is simply part of your day - steady, quiet, and always there. You feel grounded in your body. Clearer in your mind. Less reactive, more present. You're no longer guessing at what meditation is or whether you're doing it right - you know, because you've built something real. Something that belongs to you and will serve you for years to come.
That's what this series is designed to give you.
What We'll Explore Together
🌿Week 1: Finding Your Foundation
An introduction to concentration practices and mindfulness. We'll explore what meditation actually is, dissolve the myths that hold most beginners back, and begin building the foundation of a practice rooted in ease rather than effort.
🌊 Week 2: Coming Home to Your Body
We turn our attention inward - to the breath, the sensations, the quiet wisdom that lives in the body. This week offers a profound and gentle reset for those who spend most of their time in their heads.
🧠 Week 3: Meeting Your Mind
Thoughts and emotions aren't obstacles to meditation - they're the practice. This week we learn to witness our inner experience with curiosity and compassion, rather than struggle or judgment.
❤️ Week 4: Opening the Heart
We close with loving-kindness and compassion practices - because after four weeks of turning inward, there is nothing more fitting than opening the heart.

Four 75 minutes held on the following Sundays from 3:00–4:15pm - March 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th
You're welcome to join us in person at The Sanctuary in Northfield, or virtually from wherever you are. If you can't make it live, replays will be available so you never miss a session.
