Funky Flow is a grounding and uplifting moderate-intensity all levels flow where we will connect with our breath and body through movement utilizing the uplifting rhythm of vibrational music as our guide. This class incorporates funky and fun poses & primal movements, meditation, and authentic embodiment of our whole selves to support the development of the heart and mind as we calm our minds and open our hearts. The music for this class will have a "upbeat vibe."

Gentle Flow is a grounding and relaxing all levels flow where we will connect with our breath and body through movement utilizing the uplifting rhythm of vibrational music as our guide. This class incorporates mindful movement, meditation, and authentic embodiment of our whole selves to support the development of the heart and mind as we calm our minds and open our hearts. The music for this class will have a "chill vibe."

Weekend Warrior Yoga (aka Buti Yoga)

Buti Yoga is a movement practice named after the word from the Indian dialect Marathi, meaning "a cure that has been hidden away or kept secret." Incorporating elements of shaking + vibration, Buti helps clear stagnant energy, releasing stored trauma and stimulating cellular reorganization, so you can tap into your inner power and unleash unshakeable confidence. Join me for this high-intensity, intuitively-led all levels flow with bass-pumping music incorporating primal movements, plyometrics, deep core engagement, chakra clearing, and a connective closing circle to open your wild heart and free your mind.
