Join Tara for a night of Blacklight Buti Yoga: a blend of yoga, ecstatic dance + cardio blasts all bundled up into a non-judgmental, self-love practice. Incorporating elements of shaking + vibration, Buti helps to clear stagnant energy, releasing stored trauma and stimulating cellular reorganization, so you can tap into your inner power + unleash unshakable confidence!

Wear your neons/whites and we'll have time to paint so we can glow in the blacklights!

    One Saturday/month June-September 9:00am-11:30am

    Community Hike and Mindful Outdoor Experience integrating Gentle Yoga poses in the Northfield Town Forest and Paine Mountain Trail System

    This is a FREE community event generously sponsored by the Northfield VOREC grant!

  • Weekend Warrior Yoga (aka Buti Yoga)

    Sundays 8:30-9:30am

    Buti Yoga is a movement practice named after the word from the Indian dialect Marathi, meaning "a cure that has been hidden away or kept secret." Incorporating elements of shaking + vibration, Buti helps clear stagnant energy, releasing stored trauma and stimulating cellular reorganization, so you can tap into your inner power and unleash unshakeable confidence. Join me for this high-intensity, intuitively-led all levels flow with bass-pumping music incorporating primal movements, plyometrics, deep core engagement, chakra clearing, and a connective closing circle to open your wild heart and free your mind.

  • Funky Flow Yoga

    Tuesdays 6:30-7:30am

    Funky Flow is a grounding and uplifting moderate-intensity all levels flow where we will connect with our breath and body through movement utilizing the uplifting rhythm of vibrational music as our guide. This class incorporates funky and fun poses & primal movements, meditation, and authentic embodiment of our whole selves to support the development of the heart and mind as we calm our minds and open our hearts. The music for this class will have a "upbeat vibe."

  • Gentle Flow

    Thursdays 6:30-7:30am starting October 3rd!

    Gentle Flow is a grounding and relaxing all levels flow where we will connect with our breath and body through movement utilizing the uplifting rhythm of vibrational music as our guide. This class incorporates mindful movement, meditation, and authentic embodiment of our whole selves to support the development of the heart and mind as we calm our minds and open our hearts. The music for this class will have a "chill vibe."
