    Buti

Buti Express: Tuesdays 12:00-12:45pm at The Sanctuary in Northfield, VT and virtually from anywhere

Blacklight: 1x/month on the 2nd or 4th Friday 6-7pm at The Sanctuary in Northfield, VT

Buti is a somatic movement practice named after the word from the Indian dialect Marathi, meaning "a cure that has been hidden away or kept secret." Incorporating elements of shaking + vibration, Buti helps clear stagnant energy, releasing stored trauma and stimulating cellular reorganization, so you can tap into your inner power and unleash unshakeable confidence. Join me for this high-intensity, intuitively-led all levels flow with bass-pumping music incorporating primal movements, plyometrics, deep abdominal engagement, and chakra clearing to open your wild heart and free your mind.

  • Restorative Yoga

1st Sunday 4:30-5:45pm at The Sanctuary in Northfield, VT - Plus, you can join other instructors throughout the rest of the month as this class is facilitated by rotating instructors.

Deeply relax and unwind in this slow-paced restorative practice. Using props—blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps—and longer-held postures, your mind and body can fully surrender into stillness and peace. Gentle, supported poses allow the nervous system to settle, tension to release, and inner calm to arise. Through mindful breathing, subtle movement, and guided relaxation, this class creates space to restore balance and cultivate a sense of ease. Beginners and experienced yogis alike are welcome, with modifications offered to support every body.
