“It's pretty hard to commit to a full weekend away from home and work life, but I'm so glad that I did!! I didn't know how much I needed that time for myself so that I could show up for myself and for my loved ones. The full weekend experience from start to finish was like a dream”

- Britt A, Burlington, VT

“Tara has a way of communicating that is open, grounding, and makes you feel very safe. She gently encourages you to discover the parts of yourself that you may be avoiding, and nurtures you into exploration and growth. I'd never heard of the concept of "wintering" before, but it resonated so deeply with me once Tara started guiding us through the workshop. My biggest takeaway from the morning was a feeling of gratitude to have discovered so much about myself in so little time, as well as connected with local women whom I am now developing lasting friendships with.”

- Desiree H, Moretown, VT
