She offers integrative mental health counseling, somatic movement and meditation classes in-person and virtually, monthly workshops, and leads seasonal retreats both locally and internationally. She also facilitates Wholehearted Women, a sacred community for women to tap into their authentic liberation which includes “The Other Mother” - an intimate community for childless women who are mothers to non-biological beings living or in spirit.

What People Are Saying

“I loved working with Tara. I felt heard, validated, supported, and encouraged to push myself past what felt comfortable. I am a better human, partner, friend, daughter, and social worker now than I was before working with Tara. The skills I learned have helped me create the life I want to live that reflects the authenticity I believe exists within me.”

— Kristen, North Carolina

“I am always both humbled and rejuvenated by the power of connection. Thank you Tara for bringing so many women together & creating a space for vulnerability, recharging, & community. Positive energy flowed from start to finish. I am so grateful for the experience & to have met you. Already looking forward to your next retreat.”

— Bridget, Vermont

“Tara has a way of communicating that is open, grounding, and makes you feel very safe. She gently encourages you to discover the parts of yourself that you may be avoiding, and nurtures you into exploration and growth. My biggest takeaway from the morning was a feeling of gratitude to have discovered so much about myself in so little time, as well as connected with local women whom I am now developing lasting friendships with. Very excited for whatever Tara offers next!”
